The Patek Philippe Nautilus 5990/1R-001 is a chronograph in rose gold, measuring 40.5 mm across. The case stands 12.53 mm thick and carries a screw-down crown, with a sapphire crystal covering the caseback as well as the dial. Inside is the self-winding calibre CH 28-520 C FUS, a column-wheel flyback chronograph with a 45-hour minimum power reserve. The watch also has a GMT function, showing home and local time with day/night indications, and the date is set by hand in step with local time. Hands and indices carry luminous coating for legibility in low light. The blue sunburst dial pairs with a rose gold bracelet fitted with a rose gold folding clasp. Water resistance tops out at 30 metres.
