Patek Philippe Nautilus 5990/1422G-001 is a Haute Joaillerie chronograph with a white gold case measuring 40.5 mm across and 12.53 mm thick. The watch is set with diamonds, and the sunburst charcoal grey dial carries a black-gradient rim with ruby hour markers. A sapphire crystal covers the display back, showing the self-winding calibre CH 28-520 C FUS. This movement combines a flyback chronograph with a GMT function, giving local and home time along with day/night indication, and the date is coupled to local time. Power reserve runs to a maximum of 55 hours. The hands carry luminescent coating for legibility. The bracelet is finished in white gold to match the case.
