Ref. 310.32.40.50.06.002
Omega's Speedmaster First OMEGA in Space, reference 310.32.40.50.06.002, is a chronograph with a 39.7 mm steel case. The case measures 13.38 mm thick and 48 mm between the lugs, a compact footprint for a chronograph of this type. The sapphire crystal has an anti-reflective treatment inside and a Hesalite-like form, keeping the vintage profile of the original. Inside is the manual-winding calibre 3861, a Co-Axial movement certified as a Master Chronometer and resistant to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss. The blue-grey dial carries small seconds and a tachymeter scale for the chronograph function. A brown non-grained calf leather strap with a steel pin buckle closes the watch. Water resistance holds at 50 metres, or 5 bar.
