Omega's Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional 310.23.42.50.02.001 is a chronograph in steel and gold, 42 mm across. The case measures 13.18 mm thick with a lug-to-lug span of 47.5 mm, and the silver dial sits under a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment inside. Power comes from the manual-winding calibre 3861, a Co-Axial chronograph movement certified as a Master Chronometer and resistant to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss, with a 50-hour power reserve. The dial keeps small seconds and a tachymeter scale, and the caseback is transparent to show the movement. A brown alligator leather strap with grained calf leather underside closes on a steel foldover clasp. This is a serious tool watch with a dress-watch face. Water resistance is rated to 50 metres.
