The IWC Schaffhausen Portugieser Automatic 42, reference IW501702, has a steel case measuring 42.4 mm across. The case stands 13 mm thick, with a silver plated dial visible through a sapphire crystal set on both sides with antireflective coating. Inside is the IWC-manufactured calibre 52011, a self-winding movement with a power reserve of 168 hours.
