Blancpain Villeret Ultraplate

Blancpain's Villeret Ultraplate, reference 6651 3640 55B, has a 40 mm case in red gold. The case measures 8.7 mm thick, with lugs set at 22 mm apart. A sapphire crystal covers the sunburst blue dial. Inside is the self-winding calibre 1151, which stores 100 hours of power reserve, a notably long figure for a movement this slim. The dial shows a central seconds hand and a date display. Blancpain fits the watch to an alligator leather strap closed with a folding clasp. The case holds a water resistance rating of 30 metres.
