Blancpain Villeret Ultraplate

Blancpain's Villeret Ultraplate, reference 6651 1127 MMB, has a steel case measuring 40 mm across. The case stands 8.7 mm thick, a slim profile in keeping with its ultra-thin design, and the white dial sits under a sapphire crystal. Inside is the self-winding calibre 1151, which stores 100 hours of power reserve. The dial shows a date window and a central seconds hand, kept simple against the plain white background. A steel Mille Mailles bracelet closes with a folding clasp, giving the watch a dressier, mesh-like texture on the wrist. Water resistance is a modest 30 metres, enough for daily wear but not for swimming.
