Blancpain Villeret Ultraplate

Blancpain's Villeret Ultraplate, reference 6651 1127 55B, has a steel case measuring 40 mm across. The case stands 8.7 mm thick, with lugs set at 22 mm apart. A sapphire crystal covers the white dial, which shows a date window and a central seconds hand. Inside is the self-winding calibre 1151, offering a power reserve of 100 hours. The case is finished in an ultra-thin profile that suits the movement's flat construction. An alligator leather strap closes with a folding clasp. Blancpain rates the case to 30 metres of water resistance, enough for splashes rather than swimming.
