Blancpain's Villeret 8 Jours 6630 3631 MMB is a red gold watch measuring 42 mm across and 11.25 mm thick. The case has a lug width of 23 mm and carries a cambered grand feu white enamel dial under a sapphire crystal. Inside is the self-winding calibre 1335, which stores an eight-day power reserve of 192 hours, an unusually long span for an automatic movement. The dial shows central seconds and a date display. Blancpain fits the watch to a Mille Mailles strap secured with a folding clasp. Water resistance is modest: the case is rated to 30 metres, enough for splashes but not for diving.
