Blancpain's Fifty Fathoms Tech, reference 5019A 12B30 94A, has a titanium case measuring 47 mm across and 14.8 mm thick. The black dial is set behind a sapphire crystal and shows a central seconds hand along with a date display. Inside is the self-winding calibre 13P5A, which delivers a power reserve of 120 hours, well beyond most watches in this category. Blancpain also builds this movement with a secured mechanism that protects the going train when the crown is used to set the time. The watch is fitted to a rubber strap closed with a pin buckle. Rated to 300 metres, the case makes this a dive watch built for real use rather than display.
