Seiko Epson AL32A

AL32A is an Epson analog quartz movement with central hours, minutes and seconds and a quick-setting date calendar. The official specification gives an outside diameter of 23.70 mm with 22.00 × 22.60 mm flats and a total height of 4.15 mm including the battery. It uses an SR626SW cell with approximately two years of battery life; its oscillator frequency is 32,768 Hz and rated accuracy is ±20 seconds per month.
