Panerai OP III

The OP III is an automatic chronograph caliber based on the ETA 7750, modified by Panerai for use in their sports watch models. It represents the brand's pre-in-house era, serving as Panerai's primary chronograph movement before transitioning to proprietary calibers. The movement was discontinued as Panerai expanded its in-house manufacturing capabilities. It powered several notable Radiomir and Luminor chronograph references during its production period.
