DIETRICH

Emmanuel Dietrich, born in 1969 in Besançon, the historic watchmaking capital of France, founded his eponymous brand DIETRICH in 2010 after 17 years designing for major watch brands. His heritage blends artistic influences with Jura mountain artisanal traditions. The brand debuted publicly at GTE Geneva in January 2012 and attended Baselworld that same year. In 2013, Dietrich developed the Organic Time collection, which launched at Baselworld 2014 and established the brand's distinctive design language. The Organic Time's success led to widespread counterfeiting by 2015. In 2016, Emmanuel conceived the Perception complication featuring a pioneering relative seconds display. The brand continued evolving with the Time Companion (2017), DD-1 (2019), Skin Diver series (2021-2022), and the ED-1 in 2024.
