Armani Exchange

A|X Armani Exchange was launched in 1991 as the more accessible, youth-oriented diffusion line of the Giorgio Armani fashion house, with its first store opening in New York City's Soho neighborhood. The Armani Group first partnered with Fossil Group in 1997 to design, develop, and distribute watches under the Emporio Armani label. The partnership extended to jewelry in 2003, and AX brand watches were added in 2008. Armani Exchange watches are manufactured under license by Fossil Group, combining Italian design aesthetics with accessible pricing, primarily featuring quartz movements.
