Anonimo

Anonimo was founded in 1997 in Florence by Federico Massacesi. When Panerai was acquired by Richemont and relocated to Switzerland, many Panerai watchmakers were taken on by Anonimo. The brand debuted with the Millemetri 120 ATM diving watch in 1997. The Militare followed in 2001, the Match Racing sailing chronograph in 2002, and the Professionale 200 ATM diver in 2003. In September 2011, founder Massacesi departed the company. In 2013, Anonimo Firenze was bought out by a private group of European investors and became Anonimo SA, moving its head office to Switzerland while maintaining Florentine manufacturing heritage. Current models use self-winding movements by Sellita.
