The Patrimony self-winding (reference 85180/000R-9248) is a 40mm round case in rose gold with a champagne dial and sapphire crystal. It is powered by the automatic Vacheron Constantin calibre 2450 Q6/3, offering a 40-hour power reserve, and includes date, central seconds, and a display back. The movement bears the Poinçon de Genève, a hallmark introduced by the Republic and Canton of Geneva in 1886 to certify Geneva watchmaking craftsmanship. The case is water-resistant to 30 metres.
