The Patrimony retrograde day-date (reference 4000U/000R-B110) is a 42.5mm round rose gold case with a white dial and sapphire crystal. It is powered by the automatic Vacheron Constantin calibre 2460 R31R7/3, offering a 40-hour power reserve and displaying retrograde date and weekday functions. The case bears the Poinçon de Genève, the hallmark introduced by the Republic and Canton of Geneva in 1886 to certify watchmaking quality and craftsmanship. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres, and the caseback is transparent.
