Vacheron Constantin's Patrimony manual-winding, reference 81180/000R-B518, measures 40 mm across in rose gold. The case is a slim 6.79 mm thick, with a sunburst blue dial visible through a sapphire crystal. Inside is the manually wound calibre 1400, carrying the Hallmark of Geneva and delivering 38 hours of power reserve. The dial keeps to a central seconds display, with no other complication to clutter the layout. Hour and minute hands follow the curve of the dial, a detail drawn from 1950s design. An alligator leather strap closes with a pin buckle in rose gold. Water resistance is a modest 30 metres, enough for everyday wear away from water.
