Vacheron Constantin's Métiers d'Art Tribute to traditional symbols, Eternal flow, reference 2400A/000G-H023, comes in a 38 mm white gold case measuring 9.88 mm thick. The 18 karat gold dial is worked in cloisonné enamel, depicting a motif of cliffs and water rendered by hand. A sapphire crystal covers the dial, and a matching sapphire caseback lets the self-winding calibre 2460 show through, complete with a central seconds display and 40 hours of power reserve. The movement carries the Hallmark of Geneva, and the piece is issued as a limited edition. It is fitted to an alligator leather strap secured by a white gold folding clasp. Water resistance is a modest 30 metres, in keeping with a dress watch of this kind.
