Ulysse Nardin Freak ONE Navy Blue

Ulysse Nardin's Freak ONE Navy Blue, reference 2403-500-3A/3A, has a titanium and carbon composite case measuring 44 mm across. The case stands 13.37 mm thick and carries a sapphire crystal over the dial, which doubles as the rotating movement in the Freak's established style. The self-winding calibre UN-240 uses a flying carousel construction in place of a conventional dial and hands, with the movement's own bridge indicating the time. Power reserve runs to 90 hours, well beyond the industry norm, and the escapement is built from silicon components under the DIAMonSIL designation. A rubber strap completes the watch. Water resistance is a modest 30 metres, in keeping with the Freak's focus on mechanical display over utility.
