The Richard Mille RM 52-05 Tourbillon Pharrell Williams has an astronaut motif depicting Earth as seen from Mars. The watch is a limited edition of 30 pieces, with manual-winding calibre RM52-05 driving hours and minutes. Grade 5 titanium is used for the baseplate, bridges, helmet and spacesuit. Large blue aventurine glass inserts form the background, while red gold is used for the Martian landscape. The helmet is painted by hand, and white paint is airbrushed onto the spacesuit. A rocket capsule inspires the crown, whose surrounding rubber has the tread profile of a Martian rover tyre.
