The Richard Mille RM 47 Tourbillon has a tonneau-shaped case and a hand-carved Samurai armour motif. Manual-winding calibre RM47 drives hours and minutes, with a power reserve of around 72 hours. The watch is a limited edition of 75 pieces, following nearly four years of design work. Grade 5 titanium baseplate and bridges receive black PVD treatment, beneath the yellow gold armour. Pierre-Alain Lozeron engraves the motif, which Valérie Lozeron paints by hand across 11 components. The Asano clan's heraldic sign appears at six o'clock, while a Japanese maple leaf motif adorns the crown.
