The Richard Mille RM 07-01 Automatic is set with diamonds and uses a skeletonised movement. Self-winding calibre CRMA2 drives hours and minutes, contains 25 jewels and has a power reserve of around 50 hours. Running at 4 Hz, the movement has microblasted grade 5 titanium baseplate and bridges with electroplasma treatment. The variable-geometry rotor carries two movable weights fixed by spline screws, with a heavy-metal weight segment. Ceramic ball bearings are used in the bidirectional winding system, and the rotor has a red gold outer edge. A free-sprung balance has four adjustable weights mounted directly on the wheel.
