Richard Mille RM 021 Tourbillon Aerodyne
Manual WindingRef. RM 021
The Richard Mille RM 021 Tourbillon Aerodyne has a honeycomb movement baseplate with a carbon nanofibre core. Manual-winding calibre RM021 drives hours and minutes and has a power reserve of 70 hours. The power-reserve indicator is located between 11 and 12 o'clock, near the winding barrel. Developed in 2009, the watch uses titanium and orthorhombic titanium aluminide in the baseplate. The structure has a V-shaped profile inspired by a flying-wing aircraft, with its edges above the centre. The barrel and regulating mechanism occupy the central depth of that structure and rest on bridges.
