The white dial is worked in cloisonné and paillonné enamel with miniature painting, depicting Guatemala's Fuego volcano erupting beneath a full moon, and is set with diamonds. A central seconds hand runs across the scene. The strap is alligator leather in shiny twilight blue, closed with a white gold pin buckle.
