Patek Philippe's Rare Handcrafts 5077/100R-068 is a 38 mm rose gold GMT watch with a dial worked in champlevé enamel and hand engraving. The case measures 8.3 mm thick and carries a sapphire crystal. A sapphire display back on the reverse shows the movement within. That movement is the calibre 240, a self-winding, ultra-thin construction with 48 hours of power reserve. Alongside its GMT function, the watch is fitted with a minute repeater, a pairing that recalls the pocket watch which inspired the design. The watch is set with diamonds, and dauphine-style hands in rose gold mark the time. The strap is calf leather in pink, closed with a rose gold pin buckle. Patek Philippe rates the case to 30 metres of water resistance.
