Patek Philippe's Rare Handcrafts 5077/356R-001 is a 38 mm rose gold Calatrava with a cloisonné and paillonné enamel dial depicting an iris and a monarch butterfly. The case measures 8.3 mm thick and closes with a sapphire crystal back that reveals the movement. Inside is the calibre 240 self-winding movement, ultra-thin with a 48 hour power reserve. The watch is set with diamonds, worked in with baguette-cut sapphires and spessartites shading from pink to purple across the case. Dauphine-style hands in rose gold mark the time against the pink enamel dial. The strap is alligator leather in shiny fuchsia, hand-stitched with square scales, closed by a rose gold pin buckle.
