Patek Philippe Nautilus 7118

Patek Philippe presents the Nautilus 7118/1450G-001, a women's model with a 35.2 mm case in white gold. The case measures 8.65 mm thick and houses a sapphire display back. The white dial follows the wave pattern typical of the Ladies' Nautilus, set with diamonds, and shows luminous hands, indices and numerals. Inside is the self-winding calibre 26-330 S, offering a power reserve of 45 hours and a central seconds display. The watch is set with diamonds throughout and is fitted on a white gold bracelet with a folding clasp, also in white gold. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres, modest by sport-watch standards but in keeping with a jewellery-first Nautilus.
