Patek Philippe Nautilus 5811/1460G-001 is a 41mm white gold model set with diamonds. The case measures 9.25mm thick and carries brilliant-cut diamonds across its surface. A sapphire crystal caseback shows the self-winding 26-330 S calibre, which runs with a central sweep seconds hand and offers 45 hours of power reserve. The dial is fully paved with diamonds, with baguette-cut stones forming the hour markers, and the hands carry a luminescent coating. This is one of the brand's Haute Joaillerie references, with the white gold bracelet itself set with baguette and brilliant-cut diamonds. It closes with a white gold folding clasp. The screw-down crown helps keep the case water resistant to 30 metres.
