Patek Philippe Nautilus 5810G-001 has a white gold case measuring 41 mm across. The case stands 6.9 mm thick, kept slim by the movement inside it. The self-winding calibre 240 drives the watch, with a 22K gold minirotor and a power reserve of 48 hours. A sapphire crystal covers the sunburst blue dial, and the caseback is sapphire as well, showing the movement.
