Patek Philippe's Grand Complications 6104R-001 is a 44 mm rose gold watch built around a celestial display rather than a conventional dial. The case measures 11.33 mm thick, with three superimposed sapphire discs beneath the crystal showing the sky, the stars and the moon. Inside is the self-winding calibre 240 LU CL C, offering a power reserve of 38 hours. The watch shows the date by hand and tracks moon phases alongside the apparent movement of the stars over the northern hemisphere sky. A sapphire display back exposes the movement, and the watch is set with diamonds. It is fitted to a shiny black alligator leather strap with a rose gold folding clasp. The case is water resistant to 30 metres.
