Patek Philippe Grand Complications 5236P-011 has a platinum case measuring 41.3 mm across and 11.07 mm thick. The case is set with a diamond at six o'clock. A sapphire crystal covers the dial and closes the caseback, so the movement is visible from behind. Inside is the self-winding calibre 31-260 PS QL, an ultra-thin movement with a platinum mini-rotor and 38 hours of power reserve. The watch is a perpetual calendar with day, date and month shown through a single in-line aperture, along with moon phase and small seconds at six o'clock.
