Patek Philippe's Grand Complications 5236P-010 is a 41.3mm platinum perpetual calendar with an in-line day-date-month display. The case measures 11.07mm thick and is entirely hand-polished, set with a diamond at 6 o'clock. A sapphire crystal covers the display back, showing the self-winding calibre 31-260 PS QL with its platinum mini-rotor. The pink opaline dial carries applied hour markers and small seconds alongside a moon phase indication, with leap year and day/night shown in round apertures. Power reserve runs to a minimum of 38 hours. The watch is fitted to a chocolate brown alligator leather strap with a platinum folding clasp. That clasp secures a case rated to 30 metres of water resistance.
