The Patek Philippe Golden Ellipse 5738P-001 is a 39.5mm oval case made of platinum, released as a larger version of the Golden Ellipse for its 40th anniversary in 2008. The case proportions follow the Golden Section, and the blue sunburst dial is fitted with applied gold hour-markers and slim gold hands.
