Patek Philippe's Complications 5205R-011 is a 40 mm rose gold watch with an annual calendar and moon phase display. The case is 11.36 mm thick and has skeletonized lugs, openworked along the sides. A sapphire crystal covers the sunburst green dial, and sapphire also closes the case back, exposing the movement. Inside is the self-winding calibre 26-330 S QA LU 24H, with day, date and month apertures, a 24-hour indication, central seconds and 35 hours of power reserve. The annual calendar needs correcting only once a year, at the end of February. A hand-patinated alligator leather strap closes on a rose gold prong buckle. The case holds a 30 metre water resistance rating.
