Patek Philippe's Complications 4948R-001 is a 38 mm rose gold annual calendar set with diamonds. The case measures 11 mm thick and the diamonds extend across the case and lugs, the crown and the buckle. A sapphire crystal covers the white mother-of-pearl dial and closes over the case back as well, so the self-winding calibre 26-330 S QA LU is visible from behind. This movement runs at 35 to 45 hours of power reserve and shows day, date and month alongside a moon phase display. The leaf-shaped hands carry a luminescent coating for legibility. The dial sits on an alligator leather strap with a rose gold pin buckle, itself set with diamonds. Patek Philippe rates the case to 30 metres of water resistance.
