Patek Philippe Aquanaut 5261R-001 is a 39.9 mm rose gold annual calendar with a case measuring 10.94 mm thick. The self-winding calibre 26-330 S QA LU drives the day, month and moon phase displays by hand, with the date shown in an aperture at six o'clock and a running seconds subdial. A sapphire crystal covers the dial, and the case back is also sapphire, so the movement is visible from behind. The blue dial has an embossed Aquanaut pattern with luminous hands and numerals. Power reserve runs to 35 hours minimum. The strap is rubber, in the matching blue-gray tone, closing with a rose gold folding clasp bearing the Aquanaut motif. The case holds its water resistance to 30 metres.
