The Panerai Radiomir 8 Days GMT Platinum, reference PAM00201, is a special edition with a 45 mm case. Removable patented wire loop strap attachments are on the platinum case. A platinum bezel surrounds the dial, and the case back is see-through. The brown dial has luminous Arabic numerals and hour markers, date at 3 o'clock, small seconds and a 24-hour indicator at 9 o'clock, a linear power reserve indicator at 6 o'clock and a second time zone. The movement has 247 components, a KIF Parechoc anti-shock device and three barrels, with an eight-day power reserve, seconds reset and a stop seconds device. Manual-winding calibre P.2002 contains 21 jewels, with a Glucydur balance beating at 28,800 alternations per hour.
