Panerai Luminor Chrono 2000

The Panerai Luminor Chrono 2000, reference PAM00045, is a special edition with a chronograph and a 40 mm case. The case is in 18-carat white gold. A bezel engraved with a tachymeter scale borders the dial, and the case back is see-through. The black dial has luminous markers and Arabic numerals, black counters, a minute counter at 3 o'clock, date between 4 and 5 o'clock, small seconds at 6 o'clock and an hour counter at 9 o'clock. Automatic calibre OP V, a COSC-certified chronometer, has 37 jewels and a Glucydur balance beating at 21,600 alternations per hour. A KIF Parechoc anti-shock device and an 18-carat yellow gold oscillating weight are in the movement, which has a 40-hour power reserve.
