The Panerai Mare Nostrum Acciaio, reference PAM00716, is a special edition chronograph with a 42 mm brushed AISI 316L steel case and 22 mm between the lugs. The blue dial has luminous Arabic numerals and hour markers, counters at 3 and 6 o'clock and small seconds alongside hours and minutes. A dark blue alligator leather strap closes with a sewn-in polished pin buckle. Manual-winding calibre OP XXXIII has 17 jewels. The movement has a 42-hour power reserve, while its balance beats at 28,800 alternations per hour. The brushed bezel carries an engraved tachymeter scale.
