The Panerai Luminor 1950 Equation of Time 8 Days Acciaio, reference PAM00601, is a special edition with a polished 47 mm AISI 316L steel case with a see-through back and 26 mm between the lugs. The black dial has luminous Arabic numerals and hour markers, small seconds at 9 o'clock, a date and month indicator at 3 o'clock and an equation of time indicator at 6 o'clock and a power reserve indication. A polished bezel surrounds the dial. An antique brown alligator strap closes with a polished steel double folding clasp. The movement has a KIF Parechoc anti-shock device and an eight-day power reserve. Manual-winding calibre P.2002/E contains 31 jewels and 328 components, and its balance beats at 28,800 alternations per hour.
