OMEGA Speedmaster Moonphase

Omega's Speedmaster Moonphase, reference 304.93.44.52.99.003, is a chronograph cased in platinum at 44.25 mm. The case measures 17.05 mm thick with a 50 mm lug-to-lug span, and the grey dial sits under a sapphire crystal treated with anti-reflective coating on both sides. Inside is the self-winding calibre 9905, a Master Chronometer movement with column wheel and Co-Axial escapement, resistant to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss, with 60 hours of power reserve. Beyond the chronograph function, the dial adds a moonphase display, small seconds and a date indication, along with a tachymeter scale. A sapphire display back reveals the movement and its 18K Sedna gold rotor. The green alligator strap closes with a platinum foldover clasp, and the case keeps its 100 metre water resistance rating.
