The Grand Seiko Sport, reference SBGC230, is a Spring Drive GMT chronograph with a 44.5 mm rose gold case and is a limited edition of 100 pieces. The case has a thickness of 16.8 mm and a lug-to-lug span of 50 mm; water resistance is rated to 200 metres. A dual-curved sapphire crystal has an anti-reflective coating on the inner surface. The watch has a date display, a power reserve indicator, and a see-through case back. A folding clasp in rose gold with push button release closes the crocodile leather strap. Calibre 9R96 is Spring Drive with 50 jewels and approximately 72 hours of power reserve.
