The Grand Seiko Sport, reference SBGA231, is a Spring Drive dive watch with a 44.2 mm titanium case. Case thickness is 14 mm, with a lug-to-lug measurement of 51 mm; water resistance is rated to 200 metres. Calibre 9R65 is Spring Drive with 30 jewels and approximately 72 hours of power reserve. The watch has a date display and a power reserve indicator. An extension clasp with folding lock closes the titanium bracelet. The case has a mirror finish from Zaratsu polishing, alongside multifaceted indices. The dial is covered by a sapphire crystal with an inner anti-reflective coating.
