Breitling's Superocean Heritage B31 Automatic 42, reference UB3111241B1S1, is a dive watch with a 42 mm case in steel and 18k red gold. The case measures 12.03 mm thick and carries a ceramic bezel with unidirectional rotation, a detail that suits its purpose at sea. A cambered sapphire crystal, glareproofed on both sides, covers the black dial. Inside is the Breitling B31, a self-winding manufacture calibre with a power reserve of approximately 78 hours. The date sits in a dial aperture, and luminous hands and indices keep the display legible in low light. A sapphire display back reveals the movement. Fitted to a black rubber strap with a steel folding clasp, the case is rated to 200 metres.
