Breitling's Superocean Heritage B31 Automatic 42, reference AB3111161C1S1, is a steel dive watch measuring 42 mm across and 12.03 mm thick. The blue dial sits under a cambered sapphire crystal, glareproofed on both sides, and pairs with a ceramic unidirectional bezel for scratch resistance. Breitling's own B31 manufacture calibre drives the watch, a self-winding movement with an approximate 78-hour power reserve. A date aperture and central seconds keep the dial functional, while luminous hands and indices handle legibility, and a screw-locked crown reinforces the case against the elements. The sapphire display back shows off the movement. A rubber strap closes with a steel folding clasp. The case carries a 200 metre water resistance rating.
