Breitling's Superocean Heritage B31 Automatic 40, reference AB3110241B1S1, is a dive watch with a 40 mm steel case. The case measures 11.73 mm thick and pairs with a unidirectional ceramic bezel that resists scratching. A sapphire crystal covers the black dial, and a sapphire display back shows off the self-winding B31 calibre, Breitling's own manufacture movement with a power reserve of around 78 hours. The watch is a certified chronometer and adds a date aperture along with luminous hands and indices for low-light legibility. It comes as a limited edition on a black rubber strap secured by a steel folding clasp. The screw-locked crown helps hold the case to a 200 metre water resistance rating.
