The Breguet Reine de Naples Phase de Lune 8909, reference 8909BB/VD/J29, has an oval 18K white gold case with a sapphire caseback. The bezel and caseband are set with 86 baguette-cut diamonds, the dial flange carries 64 diamonds, and the top lug is set with 11 baguette-cut diamonds and 1 diamond; the crown holds a single diamond. The silvered gold dial is hand-engraved on a rose engine, partly finished in blue natural mother-of-pearl, and set with 67 diamonds, displaying moon phase, power reserve and an off-centred chapter ring. It houses the self-winding Breguet calibre 537 DRL2, offering 45 hours of power reserve and water resistance to 15 metres, and is fitted to a white gold bracelet set with 658 diamonds, including 140 baguette-cut diamonds and 10 diamonds.
