The Breguet Reine de Naples Phase de Lune 8908 (ref. 8908BA/52/964) has an 18K yellow gold oval case with a sapphire caseback and a crown set with a sapphire. The bezel and dial flange are set with 128 diamonds, and the silvered gold dial is hand-engraved on a rose engine, partly finished in white natural mother-of-pearl. It houses the automatic Breguet calibre 537 DRL2, providing 45 hours of power reserve and displaying moon phase, power reserve, off-centred chapter ring, and small seconds. The piece is fitted with an alligator strap and a buckle set with 28 diamonds, and is water-resistant to 3 bar (30 m).
