The Breguet Reine de Naples 8909BB/5D/J21 features an 18K white gold oval case with a sapphire caseback. The bezel is set with 48 baguette-cut rubies, the caseband with 38 baguette-cut diamonds, the dial flange with 64 diamonds, and the top lug with 31 diamonds and one ruby; the crown is set with a single ruby. The silvered gold dial is hand-engraved on a rose engine, set with 67 diamonds, and partly finished in white natural mother-of-pearl, displaying an off-centred chapter ring and a moon-phase indication. It is powered by the self-winding Breguet calibre 537 DRL2, offering 45 hours of power reserve and 15 metres of water resistance, and is fitted to a white gold bracelet set with 340 diamonds and 10 rubies.
